Tom Summers

Tom Summers is passionate about helping others become the person they are meant to be.

Enabling others to be the best version of themselves in their professional lives allows his clients to grow within and deeply appreciate their personal lives.

Tom began his career in the restaurant industry both as an owner and designer, embarking on a career change into coaching when he discovered his passion for unlocking human potential.

As a professionally certified coach (PCC) he draws on his first-hand experience of what it means to be a resilient, inspirational and effective leader, having led diverse individuals and teams to their desired results. An experienced facilitator and coach, Tom enjoys working alongside people to help them clarify, expand, develop and achieve their goals.

Sara Kay

A business analyst and Quality specialist Sara has brought her skill set to a diverse range of industries from High Voltage Power to Hospitality. With an established background in establishing value-based recruiting systems, she is a natural fit for the McDonald Inc team.

Asli Berberoglu Petro

Asli has more than 16 years of corporate experience in cross-cultural people and organizational development including leadership development, organizational transformation and change management strategies. Her global career as an HR professional spans Europe, Middle East & Africa, North America and Asia Pacific with in-depth knowledge and experience in global leadership development programs and practices.

Asli truly values diversity, caring connection, meaningful relationships and communication. Her passion is the development and empowerment of individuals that contribute to the betterment of the whole organization and to be a catalyst for positive change. Her coaching style is energetic, warm, supportive and yet challenging. Her aim is to support leaders to lead consciously with authenticity, courage and purpose.

Robyn Petro

Having coached and mentored leaders and executives for over 15 years, Robyn knows the value of having a great coach to develop high performance leaders through identifying and working through the meaning of leadership and how to implement today.

She is by nature curious, resilient and adaptable in her leadership style and strategic planning and has dedicated time in her career to fostering and developing training and leadership development.

Robyn has been fortunate to have worked with many current and future leaders to understand their roles, goals and career paths that align with their values while unpacking the definition of leadership that is meaningful to them.

Her mantra is the “right leader, in the right place at the right time”.

Being people focussed and an innovative leader Robyn has built success based on trust, encouraging curiosity and empowerment, in an environment of fast growing and heavily scrutinised industries. Under her stewardship, she has encouraged and questioned the status quo to evolve businesses to grow and be known for their service excellence.
Having been a change agent and leader for over 20 years, Robyn has been recognised by peers winning the Australian Fund Executive of the Year award in 2013. Further recognition by the CEO magazine as Financial Executive of the Year 2014 and was a finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards.

Glenda May

Glenda has developed and successfully implemented leadership and coaching programs in both private and public sector organisations. She specialises in career coaching, mentor circles, implementing a culture of feedback, team building, women in leadership, and leading with emotional intelligence. Her competencies include strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and insight. Her methodology combines setting clear goals, reframing old perceptions to produce new behaviours and, most important, a foundation of trust. Glenda’s experience as a corporate psychologist enables her to provide constructive feedback with honesty and respect.

Glenda embraces the concept of Positive Psychology, which she brings to all clients as a means of engaging and creating happy and productive employees. She is described as high-energy, motivational and inspirational, with a real talent for helping others to look within and achieve their goals.

Kylie Chain

Kylie is an Executive coach and Consultant with over 20 years experience working in Blue Chip companies across a range of industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, Technology, Financial Services, FMCG and Local Government.

Her experience leading teams, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, negotiating for business change, and proven delivery of results, enable her to support her clients in navigating corporate and entrepreneurial landscapes. Kylie applies a strengths-based, systems thinking approach to her coaching, and collaborates with her clients to achieve lasting change and success. Her consulting services focus on commercial outcomes across all categories, however Kylie also has specialist experience in Marketing and HR.

Kylie is a certified IECL coach (Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership), is accredited in the Langley Strengths Profile assessment tool, has undertaken training in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and is a qualified yoga teacher. Kylie is also undertaking a Certification in Training and Assessment, as well as completing her Diploma in Organisational Coaching and Leadership with Charles Sturt University. Kylie mentors aspiring women in business and has spoken at several events.
